Your tone of voice (soft and reassuring), smile (easy and unforced), occasional chuckle (at past mistakes), etc, all go towards making the audience or customer feel comfortable and in a safe, self-confident (without being brash) pair of hands. Thank you for going to the trouble of shooting a video which I've just watched. It
has given me some strategies and tactics which I'll employ straight away.
I've only started doing collections for the first time a few weeks ago for a friend
who has a lot of accounts to collect on. It’s made a great difference to his business.
and he has suggested that I consider doing it full time. Personally,
I enjoy it, I'm looking for an opportunity so I'm considering his suggestion.
