    wordup, thanks bro, it took alot of work and analysis to get the neatness, i wasnt always controlled, i am naturally very sloppy infact, hahah, so yeah its all technique and practice.. . when i get a new pc and camera i will start doing more vids, flares, transition combos, etc etc :)

  • @kungchila90 vinyl, cheap plastic flooring, sometimes i lay it over foam baby mat puzzle pieces when my wrists are hurting to lessen the impact.. :)

    Your flexibility is way above average and that makes airflares a lot easier to clean up

  • @hyperzyph64 hahah,, well flexibility means you need way more control and technique because your body can take on wild angles and just flop outta momentum, so for me it was more difficult to master simpler moves. so i didnt practice flexibility to make it easier cus thats not true, its harder to maintain, i practiced flexibility because i prefer the way it looks and feels :)

  • @BboyUnusuall Look at your planted hand ' the one that you will hop off from,, watch it until the very last second that your throw yourself airborn.. then you look at the catching hand that plants, then the hand that you hop off again.. basically look at your hands.. peace

  • yeah its a really good tutorial but umm like i can't really hear u talk properly because of the music playing too loudly in the background and also because the sound quality isn't that great. some clips in slow-motiong would be REALLY helpful too.

  • Hey this is a great tutorial. Ive been working on these for 2 years (no joke) and cant get them. Do I have to be extremely flexible to do it? I cant spread my legs as far as you. or does it mean I just have to have more upper body strength if im not as flexible?

    ok good questions bro, yes i do at times strain my leg muscles, if i dont practice for a while and im unfit this happens more often, or if i over train and dont rest.. i do alot of strength and maintainance type stretching training to help with this..

    the head: i look at my grounded hand while my throwing hand kinda goes over at ear height. ' i look at the grounded hand mostly-- im sending u a detailed reply bro ;)

  • i have a problem. wen i go to throw over to the next airflare i fall completely on my back. my right hand (counter clock wise) doesnt even touch the ground before my my legs hit the ground.

  • Say , my airflares are like the airflares u did at 4:20 but with normal airflare speed and i land like that. How can i fix that. Since my left leg as it goes in the air after the catch and then bends backward. and cause my hips to go down.

" arms go to the right just above the head, as the legs go under you to the other side- my leg doesnt go to the side that my arm goes, i actually concentrate on it going under me the other way-- because it goes the other way it follows through and pulls my weight with it.. peace
