crap, my comp lags ALOT when using HD, although "high quality" works fine, i dont really see the difference though. Would someone explain?

Low quality is about 200 kilobits per second, high quality is about 800 kilobits, and HD is about 5000 kilobits.

The only thing you will notice between those three options is a sharper image, especially when zoomed in.
