I do some stretches like arm circles but this is great, i think i will try to use some weights to stengthen the rotator cuff, and prevent any serious injuries in teh future. I'm 28, so hopefully i can do that now and keep working out wihtout any trouble. If you have any more video clips please post!! Thanks!!
Can rotator cuff exercises help me to increase the weight I can military press? Ive been stuck at the same weight for months.

Thanks man, I started doing these back in college after I partially tore a rotator cuff. It's helped me quite a bit.
