I had a Sailor Moon game once when I was a kid. It was for the computer though and had english subtitles lol. But it still made me happy... It sucks that Sailor Moon stuff was hard to find in Canada.

Their is no english version, in this common with most Japanese based games, by the time the show was released in english any way the system the game was for was too old along with it. Just get the Japanese version, it much better any way, trust me.
