That was the cops fault. The woman got out of the car and was co-operating (wasn't happy about it tho, who likes getting arrested?) and he put his hands on her, unneccessarily, and she shrugs him off. After that he goes apeshit and hadcuffs her by force, but if he simply asked her to get in the back of the police car and that he would have to handcuff her then she might have gone peacefully, but no. I cant imagine anyone that likes being grabbed by a cop, but she especially didnt like it...

NO, he put his hands on her when he didnt need to. If he'd have pulled a woman to the side in a bar then she may have reacted the same way, and the man would have been in the wrong. All he had to say was " Could you please step over to the car, you are under arrest and i'm going to have to handcuff you." or something along those lines. All she says repeatedly is"get your hands off me", obviously signalling she doesnt like to be touched. If he didnt grab her, this would have gone a different way.
