i could I could definitely feel some relief in the first position shown in your video ,but in the second position you did it is very hard for me to stretch like that probably because I don't stretch too often .in order to feel back pain relief how often and how long do I have to do your exercises ?
@mryoungnique It varies how long you hold the poses, just until you feel some relief. I would do it at least 2-3x a day until the pain is gone and drink lots of water, eat really lightly, and walk!

My dad, 65, has injured his L2 disc, through impact on his heel. He was standing on the chair, and the seat collapse. So his leg went right thru the seat, and hit the floor. He's not too heavy 145lbs, but the disc is compressed. He's in pain for three months, do you think these will help? I will ask him to these really slowly.

Hmmm... it could be a few things. Intercostal muscles (between ribs), the rhomboids, traps or lats...Each way has a different approach. I will make some more vids on self help.

hi these exercises do you need to do them multiple times each time or just the once each morning.just lifted a car axle and " caught me appreciate reply as not keen on taking medicine/tablets.

You'll need to do lots of ab exercises, but this does help reverse the curve temporarily.

Do them as you feel tight in the low back. There are times when I can do these once in a day and other days I do these several times a day.
