For the schools I spoke with an superintendent with over 40 years experience. For the hospital I spoke with a senior executive of a hospital chain with almost 20 years experience. Each said "oh easily" with the amount of money and what I was suggesting to do. The last, on our economy, I created through educated guesses, books/articales and the web.
