I, beign a bisexual, can tell you that while some statistical differences and some physical difference exist between the sexes, in general, gender matters about as much as eye color is determining what kind of person you are.
P.S.- Ann coulter is pro-life, and yet she hates the things in society that are created by a lack of abortion services. When talking about her issues with poverty, she elloquently explains why abortion is necessary. But she will say she is pro-life, just not why.
I'm sure Dan meant that there are differences on average. There will be outliers on both genders and, therefore, a lot of overlap, so you can fully expect to find "manly" women and "girly" men throughout life, even if Dan is right in what he said.
I do not share Dan's sexuality, and think that's fine (his sexuality is more accepted than mine). But I share his humour, and his liberalism, and his belief that what consenting adults get up to is fine.
Great dude. And if I had the inclination to fuck other men he'd be my first choice because of his personality. I wish it were a lifestyle choice, or I'd be at him like a demented rabbit, but it's not.
How can anyone dislike a guy who defined "santorum"?
and u as a high status male knows ? I take it by status u mean u have money.. it's a poor person who puts his value on his bank account. by that standard some of the greatest men that have ever lived are the lowest status males.. ur narcissism wipes away any status u think ur money gives u.. u are a poor man in my eyes
In my experience, women DO react to confidence and the material symbols of success (which isn't necessarily defined as money). Liveandlearn is clearly a douchebag who spends too much fantasizing and watching porn, but his point isn't way off base.
Well I, being a straight guy, don't think that women are any better than men most of the time. That's kind of an absurd statement. We're all just people, we all have our flaws and our good qualities.
Dude, grow up, it's a joke. Stop taking life so seriously. Besides the fact that gay men know more about women than straight men EVER will. Women trust us with their deepest secrets. And I highly doubt women are "dying to give it away" to you, a man who's obviously a shovaunistic sexist pig.
All I have to say to this is human sexuality is fluid. We may suffer from societal and religious norms that keep us in check. BUT you can't claim ALL women have lower sex drives or that ALL men are promiscous.
There's more to sexuality than gay, straight, bi....as well...time for people to realise...
It's all a spectrum and that there is "nowt as queer as folk".
And I never understood his problem with Oprah, she had swingers in her program, I thought she represented them fair as possible. The big lie in our culture is not created by women, it is created by men. And when women cheat, men get violent, when men cheat, women forgive, and statistically this has been proven, men don't like women to have a lot of partners, maybe that's why the virginity issue is more fiercly forced upon women.
I agree with some of what savage says, however when he talks about straight men, he makes it sound like as if women are the fault for deprivation of sex, when in fact it is the likes of jerry fallwell who leads the moral majority for making pornography a crime. And the majority of the world, it is women who deprived of their sexuality, strait or gay.
But we do have to awknowledge that women biologically have lower sex drives. It's not a statement about it being bad or good, it's just a descriptive statement.
We have to acknowledge also though that there's something to be said for how men, through the repression of their emotions, and inherent privilege are driven to promiscuity-that biological disposition is hardly the only role here. I think relating gay and straight men through biology is just a means for Savage to appeal to more conservative people.
On the contrary look at the animal kingdom. Most males in certain populations of species are more sexual than females. It has to do with things like the hormone testosterone.
Nobody has to "trust" anything. You simply look at the evidence and if it stands on its own two feet than you accept it. If not you reject it. That's how science works. With your logic you basically dismiss all of the body of science simply on beliefs that they're all out to get women. Until you provide evidence to support your arguments your really not refuting soundly.
The fact that science is adaptive to new information and updates old ideas does not mean we can't establish certainty. We do: it's called probability. Moreover, you are operative under a confirmation bias, meaning you have a belief that you desparately want to be true and hope that science somehow justifies your argument. Science isn't politically correct. It isn't sexist or homophobic either. If science says that men have a higher sex drive that is a normative, not descriptive, statement.
Let's see. Earn money, keep it. Manange your own life, don't depend on government. Give to charity because it's right--not because it's mandated by government. Oppose killing babies. Find your own way, don't beg from others or the government. Create, don't accuse. Doesn't sound so bad to me. It's sounds like adulthood, not childhood. Grow up, Savage.
I think you're just coming from a completely different point of view. It's obvious that you are not on the same wave length, so instead of being angry about it, why don't you try and just learn how to compromise and accept that you, personally, don't control anybody but yourself? "It sounds like adulthood, not childhood."

With what portion of what I wrote do you disagree?
Conservatives don't have time for anger; we are too busy making money, serving our fellow man, living a life of responsibility, and making our own way--not depending on the government to solve our problems.
All we ask is that whiney liberals stay out of our way and take responsibility for their own lives rather than placing blame for their own failures.
For a picture of passive aggressive anger, watch the video of Mr. Savage again.
So is part of being Conservative involve trying to anger people who don't believe EXACTLY how you believe? AND assuming that those people are lazy, selfish and likely a trust-fund baby? I'm a liberal person, I made my own way (moved from small-town Kansas to NYC), have a successful career in Marketing (I'm 24 y/o), donate my money and time to non-biased charities (non-biased in either direction), be honest with people, and I don't hate people who look or think differently than me. You?

I make no assumptions about anybody until I know them (Steven Covey's fifth habit, check out "7 Habits of Highly Effective People"). Still, if we were to construct a profile for liberals, you would not fit much of it. As a Kansas boy, writing as you do, I'll give you ten to fifteen years before you segue into conservatism. Watch the world carefully, with the open mind it sounds like you have and one day--like many of the 60s radical hippies--you will likely be an emerging conservative.
You "make no assumptions about anybody"? THAT IS EXACTLY WHAT YOU ARE DOING. The fact that you can so completely convince yourself of even this obvious fact speaks volumes. All your projected rage and anger doesn't equate to a meaningful argument -- but it does feed into your Nostradamus complex.

come back when you are 34 or better yet 44 and then talk. You don't know anything at 24. You'll figure that out in twenty years. For now enjoy your unenlightened state.
So you're bitter, I get it. But that doesn't mean you know me or my thought processes, or where I'm at in my life. Just because it took you four decades to come to what you consider to be an enlightened state -- which would seems to include calling others out to try and validate your own self-worth -- doesn't mean it takes anyone else that long. But thanks for the advice.
Thumbs if you're annoyed with the "No" at 0:37.

I would argue that John Edwards has an enormous amount of faggotry in his character despite any other definition.
Coulter is a man.^^
