Have you seen this little green frog dolls throughout the game? The ones where you hit them and they make a sound? Basically, you have to hit every single one of them in one single playthrough, and that'll unlock the Stealth Camo at the end.

There are guides that tell you where the frogs are located in each screen/area and I highly suggest you use them because some of the frogs are near impossible to find.
