World Best Airlines 2011 by Skytrax

For Malaysians,I know that you guys must be upset that MAS is not there.Actually Skytrax are reviewing MAS whether to maintain them as 5 star or to drop their ranking to 4 star.Dont blame them but blame MAS.Their class have really dipped from the time when SQ and MAS were no 1-2 in the world.The aircraft and crew are obsolete, and I wont be surprise if Garuda leapfrog MAS to 5 star next year.Kudos to Garuda for winning the best improved airline in the world.But I will still fly with MAS anytime!

How could Qantas ever get ahead of Emirates, I have no idea! Not taking into account the recent grounding of the entire fleet of Qantas flights worldwide and leaving thousands stranded in airports, based on past misses and engine problems, Qantas should not have made it to the list at all. Qantas service is slow, especially when serving meals. Emirates is way much better in terms of inflight services and food. I've no major disagreement with other airlines listed, but Qantas??? Pls gimme a break

Admitted Delta and other assorted American airlines are a disgrace too. If you want anything like decent service Asian and middle east airlines are head and shoulders above the rest.
