you have to have your sim really good at cooking to be able to make sweets for a bakery. When your sims gets good, open a bakery, start baking different types of sweets and put them is small fridges or something to display them in and price them.

all u need is the podium, that kitchen workstation, and a sink!

@Twismyer For the sim, yes otherwise who will run it. The resturant can double has the home if you choose "Start a home business". they can run the business and live there....I sould have done that with my sim's toy shop.

all u need to do is build all the kitchen appliances u need and for the stove choose the 1 that has chef in its name. Same with shopping. all u need to do is add the stuff for sale and 1-2 cash registers and the people automaticly appear.

That is a kitchen object, you'll get it with the open for business expansion. I don't know the exact name of it.

you need to find the kind of stove that cooks use in buy mode. I tried to put one in my home once, and then all of a sudden, a cook appeared.

First it has to be a Community lot and to find the podium i think if you go into buy mode and go under miscillaneous as many times as you can it think its in there.
