  • @MrTerencejames "Looking Through The Eyes of Love" by Gene Watson.

  • do you know a song with the lyrics "I Wish you'd stcik around... please.

  • The Beatles <3 <3 <3

  • Love these old songs. Hope you can help. Looking for a song from the late 50s or early 60s. Been ringing in my empty head for decacdes. It starts off with a simple 3-note organ intro and starts with words something like-( See the girl with the red dress on, se her do the ???????? all night long. Any idea what it might be. Will be very grateful. Bill

  • @earlyhemibill Bill you're thinking of the classic Ray Charles song, "What'd I Say"

  • @earlyhemibill It Wouldn't Be Long Cool Women In A Black Dress By The Hollies By Chance Just Trying To Help

  • @Bloomy124 No, but thank you for the effort. This one starts out with an organ repetition and then the words, " see the girl with the red dress on,

se her ( bla bla bla bla bla ) all night long,

and then at the end of each verse were the words ( shake! ) and then a drum beat and then again ( shake! ) repeated several times.

Several people have said that they thought it was from Ray Charles, but it sounds more like The Standels. Early 60s stuff. Thank you, Bill
