Try training them how to drive in a car without super all wheel control fools, they do all the corners and stuff good here because it the computer working everything out for them. If they go out and start driving hard like this in another car they will most likely crash or just lose it in the corners.

@EYE50MM As an Evo owner who's competed in Autocross events, I can tell you that the music reflects the adrenaline I feel when I'm on the track competing in my favorite car. It also helps that I kinda like the stuff, I'm sure you have some quality taste in music and your comment is more or less just displaying a little bit of boredom with how many youtube car videos these days are being fitted with "high energy" style music. And that's ok, I know you didn't ask for it but that's just my opinion.

@clgrnt I know lots of guys who autocross their daily drivers, I've seen everything from highly tuned corvettes to Beat up old minivans on the local scene. I wish more people did participate in autocross events with the stuff they depend on every day. I'd feel a whole lot safer on the road if i believed the guy next to me could safely recover from a skid.

Do research instead of posting without knowledge. Depending on trim(MR/GSR) Evo 9 weigh 2,8883,285 lb and 287whp / 289 wtq. Now an evo10 is 3,1313,527 lb. and produces 291 whp / 300 wtq thats abit more than the previous model but still doesnt make up for that extra 300lb which is alot of weight! You pay more for a heavier, slower, uglier evo with worse suspension setup and lower mpg aswell as paying more on insurance than an Evo9 driver and Im the ignorant person? You fanboys are pathetic.

look sir im glad you did some google research for me but i already been done knowing that ... i just said i grew out tha ignorance and took a chance/risk to purchase the Evo X Mr and to me its all worth it i know it got paddle shifters and i wusnt used to that since my previous car was a 97 toyota supra twin turbo Edition but the shifting is twice as fast wit this new twin clutch system and in the street old evos see me and race me and they cant catch me and they try hard!! so yah better evo.

@XenoRacing Haha, why don't YOU do some research genius. If you actually knew anything about the X you would know that it's real stock power is 360 whp / 370 wtq, Mitsubishi just detuned it. All you need to do is get your ECU flash tuned and you will be putting down more than enough to smoke your 9 with a with its 9k of mods. Fanboy those cold hard facts.

Subaru hatch & sedan STi are faster and cheaper than GSR and MR except in straight line MR is faster but the MR is overpriced for its performance. 9k? a used Evo IX with decent mileage here is what 25g so that gives you 19k difference GSR and 29k difference in pricetag for MR. You'd be stupid to think a new car can be made faster for less than a used vehicle.. oh and enjoy that dealer markup you're going to pay. Pricing in canadian dollars.

@XenoRacing Faster? No. Cheaper? No. STi: $35,995 Evo GSR: $33,590 The only time the STi is faster is in the 0-60 and 1/4 mile. No 1 cares about a straight line, the real world has curves. Both the MR and GSR destroyed the STi on a road course. Mitsu's SAWC AWD is much more complex than anything subaru has ever put out. I will give you one thing though, Impreza hatchbacks are a whole lot uglier than Evos new or old.

You are also incorrect again as both the STi hatch and sedan STi beat the Evo X MR laptimes around Tsukuba, Nurburgring and Top Gear Test tracks. Yes, 4dr hatchback are ugly but regardless both of them are faster, more comfortible, give better feedback, and are more enjoyable to drive than the Evo X.

@XenoRacing I went to both the Subaru and Mitsubishi websites 4 MSRP on both vehicles, and i'm sure u can figure out which 1 is more expensive. And then I watched them test all three cars, the gsr the sti and the mr. That's how i know the STi isn't faster unless we're talking about a drag race. Because in a road course, BOTH the MR and the "cheap base model gsr" smoke the STi easily. I didn't pull this shit out of the air dumbass, and everything else you stated in your post is just your opinion.

@AlexDraven3 What kind of retarded bs did you watch, motortrend? Stock vs Stock, STi wins. Look up top gear, nurburgring and tsukuba track times / vids. STi sedan & hatch both outperform Evo X MR & GSR. STi holds record for fastest stock sedan around nurburgring. The STi weigh 200-280 lbs less than Evo with abit more power output. Even with paddle shifters thats still a big disadvantage. Symmetrical AWD is mechanical, SAWD is electronic but both have pro/con but thats off topic.

Wrong. Do your homework better and get your facts right. It's already treated as an understatement in Japan that especially Evo VII, VIII, IX and X GSR & MR continuously demonstrate how noticeably sharper, focused and slightly better front to rear weight distribution with AYC, ACD, SAWC makes the the LanEvo so reactive in the track when matched up with newer/older STi's, including Spec C. STi is impressive, fierce and effective but Evo's have the tendencies to make a superior run.

@EyelessCatharsis Different spec for each continent. JDM spec 2.0L twin scroll turbo vs US spec 2.5L single scroll turbo. Regardless as many famous racers including keiichi tsuchiya and the stig have said, the Subaru gives better feedback. Yes the Evo X is better for people with a lower level of driving skill as it corrects their mistakes but the discussion was which car itself performs better not which is a better car choice for the average track day goer.

My opinion was in no way bias and im not a big fan of evos in general. The only thing thats better about the Evo 10 is the 4B11 engine and it revs higher but considering price for performance Evo9 is better. Overall an 08-10 Subaru would be better. Best warranties of any like 10 year powertrain thats twice as long as any other company offers also having 305whp/290wtq and being 2g less or the WRX 265whp/244 wtq which is 9g less. 9g on bolt ons + stage2 setup are both able to out perform the EvoX.

Your wrong, The 4b11 is a better engine but don't forget about s-awc or the 10's upgraded more mature interior. Mine has Nav and cruise control while others have full leather heated seats and sunroof. On the track the evo 9 nor the sti nor an upgraded wrx with 9 g of mods could keep up with an evo x. Mitsu didn't want the x to be faster then the 9 they wanted it to be more mature, remember that. Also after a tune I stay right next to 8's and 9's or in front, watch my videos.

I would love to see a return trip with these guys and on rookie, to see how/if the school helps and the impressions on experienced and new drivers to the performance rally category!

I love 3:07-3:18, as after the pep talk he puts the rally performance to the tarmac!

@JANEMBA9000 the evo 10 was released worldwide, and the only countries with right hand drive is Britain(and territories colonized by Britain) and japan and maybe a few others... but other than that the majority of the world is left hand drive
