eeeh? Isn't the point of a co-axial copter to get rid of the tail rotor....? so, basically this a copter with all the drawbacks of both axial and co-axial copters. Pretty useless in my book.
would this be a good beginner heli for me,,i def wnt to fly out side to mabey attatch a camera underneath,, i had a falcon 40 a year ago which i returned due to a learning curve,,i under stand the basics of a 4 ch heli?
@2000xlt If you can fly other 4ch coax helis then you should have non problem with this one. I would not recommend it for a first time heli pilot though as it is more complicated to set up the blades after a crash. And it is much more responsive than othe coax helis.
Excellent review guys. What I love about this is that you don't just go "this is an awesome thing, just buy it" but you really point out the pros and cons.
If there's one hint I'd give new owners it's to replace the AA-batteries with a lipo battery pack for the transmitter, because 4 AA batteries are much more likely to have a bad contact than a good single battery pack connector.
Now that is a new concept for a co-axial heli but a damn good one in MHO and if i was still into helis or get back into them this one would be on my to get list ;-) just because i would like to see how that swash plate and co-axial system works out like but as seen in the video it works really well ;-) oh great flying as well Frank = thumbs up.
There isn't more on hobbyking site! Why? I do not found it :-(

@Paxmax tail rotor is only there for show. Most LM3 fliers dump them just as soon as the little magnetic motor burns out (about 3 flights).

Yes, nice. With a price like that more and more people will be able to learn and enjoy RC helicopter flying.
