To be completely honest, I can understand both of these being unnoticeable or just plain ignorable by the manufacturers. They're trying to make toys for small children, not teens who're specifically trying to make naughty sounds with it. So I can understand the issue with the "Five" "Q". The chances of a baby or toddler specifically pushing those two buttons at just the right time are so slim. For the door thing though, they really shouldn't have made it so cheap...
