It's from a collection released on cassette maybe 20 years ago, True Ghost Stories: I've put another one, The Pig From Hell, on here. As far as I know the tape was never released as a CD; I got an mp3/cd version (of variable quality, I'm afraid) from Ebay about 18 months ago, but didn't realise till it arrived that it was a home-produce job taken from the tape. He does have such a wonderful voice, doesn't he? I'd love to hear him read Lovecraft or M R James.
Mate, have you got the other files? My sister and I used to scare the shit out of each other with this tape...especially the Sandford Orcas tale
