itsdavdm, different variations for doing leg press means different ways to work the muscles in the legs, duh. He's been lifting for years, I'm pretty sure he would know how to do it properly.
i train at home and cant train legs because ive not got a squat rack and dont like using dumbells 2 squat. can i build up my legs with just deadlifts.
Lol 300 on standing calf raises, I do 15 reps, and I'm only 14.

the leg extension in this video will damage your knee joint and ACL you should really start at 45 degrees and go up
