@mattpvids90 does it work well on xbox 360? is the quality/sound etc. any good? because im thinking about buying an xbox 360 but i also need to buy a good tv with it that isnt too expensive
@jrm769 yeah still working fine, had no issues at all.. The only thing ive ever noticed is a slight motion blur when playing fifa 12, only on replays. Thats about it.
Really I bet they edit complaints. Again I say avoid Kogan and go somewhere like Harvey Norman or Bing Lee, you will get better value for money over any Kogan product.
@Chrisstoreycitroen ahhh okay thanks mate, the "cheap rubbish" your talking about has had no issues, and its nearly been a year. You dont need to google the complaints, kogan has a comment page for each of its products where anyone can post anything about the product.
I agree with your comment. I recently bought a Kogan 19" LED TV which gave me a pixilated picture across all freeview channels. I tried it at locations where I have excellent reception, but still with the same results. Kogan won't admit to a fault and so it totally has cost me just under £20 for freight both ways. I would advise anyone considering a purchase from Kogan that in my experience their standards are not those of more well known brands. In other words - You get what you pay for.
From your vid I understand you can record to USB. You had a usb memory stick plugged in, but does it work to an external hdd and if so could you view videos from tehre?
@dingabell1984 it can take up to 32gb with a plug and play USB stick, and also supports external hdd that have their own power source.. So if you want to use an external hdd, make sure its one that has a power cord aswell.
@r3v4n23 ONE HD obviously is the best quality when watching free to air shows, because they are the only free to air channel that broadcast in 1080i.
360 games are perfect with HDMI, I used to have the 360 running on a Panasonic 37inch 1080p and you cant tell the difference, only thing ive noticed is that it looks like the frame rate is speed up - but its fine for mw2 skate 3 and fifa.. so im happy
@Nithyboy3 it can only record the digital tv channels, you cant get it to record from any other source then "DTV" so you cant record a "HDMI" or "AV" source for example.
it does however record in its original hd state, and is in a .ts file format which can also be played back with vlc player on a computer.
oh hahaha i wanted to buy the tv because i thought it could record anything that was plugged in to the tv so it doesn't record anything plugged into the av ports
