  • @mattpvids90 does it work well on xbox 360? is the quality/sound etc. any good? because im thinking about buying an xbox 360 but i also need to buy a good tv with it that isnt too expensive

  • hows the tv going so far since you got it man?

  • @jrm769 yeah still working fine, had no issues at all.. The only thing ive ever noticed is a slight motion blur when playing fifa 12, only on replays. Thats about it.

  • didn't tell us.

if u buy in UK it takes 3 weeks to arrive, they use Yodel. whick is a shit parcel service. fuckin good tv though, use freeview in uk.

  • Im getting the 22inch thanks m8 you made up my mind :)

  • Does the tv have to be on for it to record?

  • Thx for taking the time to put this on. Very informative.

  • Can i record gameplay with the built in PVR?

  • @Cobjayy refer to the comments below - no, it can only record from the DTV source (digital tv channels)

  • @mattpvids90 ahhk ok thanks. That sucks :(

  • @Cobjayy And it records into a .ts format, which is super hard to convert to anything that is editable.

  • android TV ?

  • @norbi30ify no

  • @norbi30ify fuckin decent tv.

  • will this record from playstation 3, PLEASE REPLY ASAP

  • @Rayz786 refer to the comments below - no, it can only record from the DTV source (digital tv channels)

  • @Rayz786 No it wont. You can buy cheap TV to PC recorders on ebay for like $10

  • Really I bet they edit complaints. Again I say avoid Kogan and go somewhere like Harvey Norman or Bing Lee, you will get better value for money over any Kogan product.

  • DO NOT BUY ANYTHING KOGAN, IT'S ALL CHEAP RUBBISH, GOOGLE COMPLAINTS ON KOGAN GEAR

  • @Chrisstoreycitroen ahhh okay thanks mate, the "cheap rubbish" your talking about has had no issues, and its nearly been a year. You dont need to google the complaints, kogan has a comment page for each of its products where anyone can post anything about the product.

  • I agree with your comment. I recently bought a Kogan 19" LED TV which gave me a pixilated picture across all freeview channels. I tried it at locations where I have excellent reception, but still with the same results. Kogan won't admit to a fault and so it totally has cost me just under £20 for freight both ways. I would advise anyone considering a purchase from Kogan that in my experience their standards are not those of more well known brands. In other words - You get what you pay for.

  • @Chrisstoreycitroen say what you want mate, this one is still going strong - had no issues.

  • Uggh! I can see the motion blur from here. Please save your dole payments a couple of fortnights more & buy a real tv.

  • @omgbutts

What motion blur? I don't see any.....

  • @HyperHorse Let me guess this the first HD tv you've owned.

  • does tht mean i can record my xbox with this tv? if it has a pvr thing? please reply

  • @elliottrawr Wont record xbox, only records from the digital tv source NOT hdmi, av etc.

  • I think KOGAN need a showroom in the Major cities and some surrounding suburbs for regional customers.

  • @jawbraeka Ruslan can't afford that.

  • Great review! Thanks for sharing it with us

  • From your vid I understand you can record to USB. You had a usb memory stick plugged in, but does it work to an external hdd and if so could you view videos from tehre?

  • @dingabell1984 it can take up to 32gb with a plug and play USB stick, and also supports external hdd that have their own power source.. So if you want to use an external hdd, make sure its one that has a power cord aswell.

  • awesome review mate, very professional!

  • Does it let you run 120hz with the Xbox 360?

  • @TheRetronator xbox 360 only supports 60hz through hdmi - quality is fine.

  • @mattpeters90 it runs 60hz@1080p with a hdmi cable.

  • @mattpeters90 Yeah I know, but can you turn on the tv's motionmax 120hz to make the framerate smoother?

  • @TheRetronator you cant adjust the refresh rate on this Kogan TV, that includes motionmax.....

  • Can you tell me a little bit more about the picture quality of this TV? How does your Xbox 360 games look on it?

  • @r3v4n23 ONE HD obviously is the best quality when watching free to air shows, because they are the only free to air channel that broadcast in 1080i.

360 games are perfect with HDMI, I used to have the 360 running on a Panasonic 37inch 1080p and you cant tell the difference, only thing ive noticed is that it looks like the frame rate is speed up - but its fine for mw2 skate 3 and fifa.. so im happy

  • hey man just wanted to ask the pvr would it b able to record like gaming? and does it record in HD? please reply

  • @Nithyboy3 it can only record the digital tv channels, you cant get it to record from any other source then "DTV" so you cant record a "HDMI" or "AV" source for example.

it does however record in its original hd state, and is in a .ts file format which can also be played back with vlc player on a computer.

  • oh hahaha i wanted to buy the tv because i thought it could record anything that was plugged in to the tv so it doesn't record anything plugged into the av ports
