@logik016 There is an upside down triangular tendon that runs between your shoulders making up the point[V] at your pelvis. This tendon basicly keeps your legs connected to your torso. If you open your arms wide [like a bird flaping its wings open] the section of tendon between your shoulders will get longger thus shortening the two on your sides. This motion acts like a rubber band flingging your legs up. If you remember to suck your knees to nipples and keep ur body str8 over the popping truck
