its hard to believe that we receive bone chilling weather like that along with the desert like heat such as today. i haven't seen 37 degrees for a while :S
This is soo nice ,but the meanwhile is take it from you long time ,and sometimes might you facing difficulties when you rub the ice from the glass or the car lamps
@HmaaadH4 Thanks for the comments... yes it takes time. I know it looks rough but there is no damage to the car. However windshields and many other parts of the car are hurt by winter after time. The salt on the roads causes much damage to vehicles.
That is a lot of work! - never seen anything like it. I loved the icicles growing downwards from the bottom edges of the car, very storybook-like. glad to see your vehicle is still working, last time I saw it it was under 25cm of snow! I watch your 'cool' videos on 40C days because they always cool me down.
I thought you might get a kick out of this. This is a different car, the old car is kaput. Killed by winter, and the rust from the salt used on the roads to combat ice.
Of course the dealer says that, what does an independent mechanic say? Or forums on the net? Google it, might be time to sell. She's got her money's worth out of it, keep it that way.
Agreed, however the knocking has always been there on startup and on a vehicle purchased eight years ago there have been no engine-related issues. And the underside is amazingly rust-free. So, drive it for another few years or sell now, it's decision time.

@mystiqueman366 - True enough. Now I feel cooler. But I still prefer this over that.

There's 105k on the the Chev. The knocking? The dealer says it's normal. The Ford expired at around 210k.
