Basically, looking upon the image for a good while, there's suppose to be a blue-ish outline to the red circle, and a red-ish outline to the blue circle. Once you get the feeling in your forehead or between the brows, then you've activated the Pineal Gland.

is this really for the third eye and not an optical illusion trick... i ave seen it on a video claimimg it helps with seeing auroras, which i think it does tbf.. anyway i hope it does help the third eye... anyone had experiences AFTER watching this??

I would like to ask you a few questions:

How often would one have to practice this? And when in the day ( morning, evening)?

And also, could this video be used to improve myopia?

I, for one, have managed to feel some great effects ( and only after a few sessions): I am a lot more focused, I understand better, my peripheral vision has improved, and I seem to be more conscious.

As i stared into the black dot the blue circle sort of closed about 2mins in the video. As i noticed it closed up i was aware of it so it opened back up. So i tried to imagine it closing and i did a couple times. After the video was over i squinted my eyes and stared at the ceiling. I could then see a black background with a white borderlines, inside of the white borderlines were the 2 circles BUT the blue circle was on the left and the red circle was on the right.

****HEY please repond! the circles closed, then they starting switching there colors around, then i was able to turn the black dot into two dots and push them between the circles in the white center. when i did this it was like i pulled the two cirlces over eachother and it was now just one circle shooting random red and blue. DID ANYONE ELSE GET THAT? :):)****

@mastersusaf i think you are useing crossed eyes technique...just like u use to se stereograms...i see that to...but another interesting thing happens to me when i look to the dot diferently...it`s like another white dot,brighter than the background trying to escape from underneth the black dot...like a solar eclipse for example...is it just a problem with my eyes ?

lol very sweet i have almost full sight back i can see almost the entire room with my eyes close everything has a plasma white outline and everything has sometype of color to it its as if my eyes arent even closed, but i practice everyday so im pretty advanced anyways, for these eyes dont see anyways lol namaste

the red turned to like a very bight of aqua blue, and the blue had like a bright orange. and the small black dot had a bright white dancing behind it then it woud seem like it was moving across the screen. ( i have been able to see auras in the past, maybe this made it a lttle easier)

some one tell me if this means anything...i close my eyes and see the blue cirlce orange almost red, and the red one blue, and also the two cirlces and dot would dance around on the screen as i was watching but not an insane amount but it did seem as if they were moving -thank you

Ok, so I have to admit this works. The red orb has a brillant almost pheonix blue hue to it, while the other has a fevered orange. Now what really fascinates me is the fact that the black dot also has a aura of its own, which mind you gives me this intense feeling of accomplishment. It has a very pure and bright white aura, and its not the same hue of white as the background, you will know it when you see it. It took little time for me to see any of these, and I am so intrigued!

I can guarantee you that you can activate your chakras and third eye by simply listening to some sound meditations (you can find many free on the internet, such as the ones on the solara an-ra site). These meditations contain vibrations that alter reality. Reality is nothing else than vibrating waves of energy (matter is a form of very dense energy that vibrates at a very low rate).

2 months ago, I realize my ability has been evolving. Originally, I needed to see the people eyes in order to see their past or future. And now, I simply need to listen their voices, then I can already sense the stuff. It's like my ability getting stronger.

Sometime, I could also see a vision from the person I am mentally looking for. I could see their bodies, I could tell where their mole locate on their bodies. My friends were shock about that, female friends were more shock of course. =_="

5 Years ago, I saw some dark aura from my mum, and on her chest. I told her to go for a body-check. And not-surprisingly, she got a tumor on her nipple. But fortunately, she discovered it in a very early stage, hence she got treated effectively in medical way.

Since then, I am able to see people future or past by seeing their eyes, no matter it's face to face or just on a photo. However, I can't control what I can see. It's like their eyes are telling me some information, but it's soundless, formless, those information just simply pop up into my mind.

I did have done something which couldn't be explained by nowadays-sciences. I saw a photo from a strange internet friend, I could tell him what his girlfriend's surname was...to be continued.

I am a Chinese guy from Hong Kong, I can actually see the different color of aura from different people.

It's mostly like I can detect people health status by dividing the color of their auras.

The bright color represent good stuff, and dark one represents bad stuff of course.

Once i finished watching this i closed my eyes and saw the red circle but flipped like the blue one and vise versa ... the red one was moving up to down and the blue one sideways, i saw them clearly doing this movements like 5 times and each time they came closer to each other... i believe if you practice this exercise eventually both will align in the center activating the pineal.

wow! this is true. I can see auras in 2 color. if you focus the big dot mark in the middle. the red is fading and the color expands outside but outside is not color red but light blue or sky blue. same as the blue area, the color expand too but not blue, i can see that maybe it is light orange or yellow orange.

Very cool! I've done much work on the third eye, most of it being through meditation, EFT, and distant energy, so this was different. I didn't quite have the same reaction as some others, but I could see the 'auras' of the shapes after a few seconds and the black dot started spinning and floating around between the larger balls. I could also see flashes of light and white light sparkles.

No. People react differently to the ocean of energy we live in, depending on their own energetic "composition". Not only humans have auras, everything has an aura of some type, even common objects. Everything is energy organizing itself into patterns and forms.

@MegaDimon1991 my view on this is. red and blue are there, that means the only primary colour missing is yellow. red and yellow make orange, but the orange comes from the blue, so that is what your 3rd eye should help you see, because it's the colour you wouldn't expect to see from the opposite side you would expect to see it. like it is the other reality of what is there. i also see blue come from the red

@elm1230 Watch the picture full screen and from about 30cm distance. After a while, you should see only one ball (they will come together) in the center. This ball, keeps changing it's colour every second ; red-blue-red-blue-red.... You should stay concentrated and to see it even when you change the distance. When you achieve this, look at your hand in front of a white background (white wall or paper) ;) Good luck!
