Competition brings out the best in directors, but there's no Yeousch vs Machinima for a long time yet. Match their views and there might be a rivalry

Well stated snackks. The other network(s) had their chance to pick up whoever(+whenever) they wanted at their leisure. It don't work like that anymore and you can't go around trying to hijack another network bc they simply took too damn long, like you said. I think I speak for most directors when I say even if machinima comes a knockin money in hand, yeousch is the 1 who went out their way to pick me up and risk their brand on my name. Theres a sense of loyalty and I know yeousch will take care.

BUT, always do what is best for YOU, not anybody else.

Snackks was wrong on that point, in the real world employee recruiting is common practice and accepted. Ultimately, it's up to each partner to decide.
