@kingofpop5881 No. It's something you get online. A decal from Lockerz cost $1. If people click your decal off your page you get PTZ. So redeeming a decal bundle means you get like 5 decalz that you can put on your page that friends can click on to get you PTZ. If they buy the item from your decal you get a lot more PTZ. But that's a short lil summary of what they are.
