To some the sound of this D5 motor is too raucous. I in fact love it.

Same motor in my auto S40 with ECU mods does comfortably sub 20 seconds 0-160 but in a car 400 kgs lighter with smaller frontal area. It has only 5 speeds though.

The new D5 twin turbo XC60 with 208PS has a quoted high 8's to 100 so a nice gain for an already good performer.

This is such a stylish vehicle

good video. My mum has that engine but in a 2005 V70, it faster but not as nicer car to my mind as the XC60
