It could most likely be "look on", but it could also be, with the case of TB and all, Look out.

I live like a mile away from Waverly. I've visited it, and I definitely believe it's haunted. The 4th floor is full of shadow people. Timmy has been recorded on several EVPs trying to communicate with security and paranormal investigators up there. Absolutely amazing...

I have heard people with active TB coughing. That was a TB cough. TB coughs are different because of the fact that it is a dry nonproductive cough. That cough is unproductive. Makes sense since it was a TB Sanitarium.

--"LOOK AT (or ON)THE FORMER GARDEN"----. It's not "4" but FORmer, and the "EN" in GARDEN is easily heard too.

i have been told by several others that have listened to the video that at the very beginning they can here a voice saying "On the phone" but in a mans voice then right after that you can hear in a childs voice " Look on the 4th floor" then a cough and then another voice childs voice saying " Let me show em" but everyone is hearing someing different as far as all the replies to this video evp. No one was talking during this recording.
