get rid of the table and use it at the higher function until you get your form down. Trust me you'll notice the mistakes you make when the bag comes back at you slower. I personally like to mix it up myself. I start out with 5 mins of start just working on my form. No power, or speed just perfect punches. After that you can use your table or buy a cobra reflex bag from everlast, ringside or Title (Professional Reflex bag is what they call it).
your light on your feet. good reactions/ head movement/ slipping. dropping hands ALOT tho. always keep hands up, even when punching the opposite hand is at cheeck. try some hooks, uppercuts, and elbows. when throwing a jab or cross, the rear foot doesnt come off the ground and used to push off for power. circle both left and right after combo
dont drop the left and close your eyes is a no no "I think maybe sit the ball on some tyres instead of the table so you can work body shots but keep up the training
Keep up the training!!! I'm a rookie myself. Just try to punch without moving both hands. The motion with each punch seems telegraphed sort of like you are pushing your hands out vs. the hole body going into the punches. Oh, also work on your motion in both directions, as well as a little bit more work on punching from a stationary spot (by that I mean staying in a general area while working the reflex bag.) Other then that, remember, anything worth learning requires time and effort!!!
first, you need to spend a couple days in front of the mirror walking (forward/backward) and jabbing to improve your posture. Then, the basic 1-2, to the bag, then.....take some classes
Keep hands up, yes, but also you need to keep your elbows in. You look off balance a lot of the time. Learn how to punch properly before you learn combinations.
your stance look nice, but the one thing that stands out to me is when you jab it looks like you don't have you feet planted very good, almost like jumping, keep it up just try keeping your feet planted better, good luck
Yeah, good job. 1. Try to practice some longer combos, especially when you start getting tired. 2. Keep your hands up, you hands are down after combos, they should come back at the chin. people are going to strike right after punches, your hands have to be up. 3. Move you body with the punches for dogdging and power.
Long as you can punch it you can doge it. Doging is not necessary to learn how to doge. How you move when you punch is doging it self. In another words what iPezzeh said more combos :)

Why don't you try and take some boxing classes? That looks pretty gay to me, with all due respect.
