Why would anyone fish carp? I mean for nothing else than to set a record. They are horrible to eat because they are bottom feeders and the time it takes to clean the mud veins makes it pointless, also they are not sporty fish they won't fight you when you attempt to reel them in they pretty much give up instantly.
