I have ordered this plane, i caught on fire and when i contacted to company they said me to send it up. Afther 6 weeks i diddnt hear or get anything and contacted them again. They said i was lying and never sended the plane to them. But the company said they have 23 cases be4 me to deal with about bananahobby so, avoid avoid
Great plane. Bananahobby has been great for me. I own a f22, f18, f117 and p38 from them. all work great. The P38 has bad landing gear that collapses every time you land, but the flight characteristics are great. slow roll, but great vertical and loops. very stable and plenty of power. It was a pain to assemble, but once together it flies great. Never have crashed it and have more than 30 flights. I recommend this plane.
i dont buy nothin from the internet and screw that i can get a air hogs hawk eye for like $40.00 at the military base and hit pete with that air plane on 1:10 hahahahahaha that would be funny to me. ive burned my hands putting that battery in

@MrCoolieboolie I am NOT a mrival company. I am a customer who received 2 rc tanks BOTH on the same band. They are totally useless to run both at the same time. I called Banana and they claimed they do not have extra crystals yet they SELL them. That is seriously, seriously BAD business.

The Blitz P-38 is a good flier but no rocket, but needs a more in the way of power. The down side are the retracts are make of plastic and doesn't hold up for day to day flying, the tail section is weak and should be assembled with gorilla glue or epoxy, the landing gear doors hinges needs to be re-glued.
Hi all - just so you know, Pete always says that his planes are made by Blitz RC Works. There is no such company. Pete gets most of his planes from companies in China called Starmax Technology Industry Limited and Huayu Hobby. Why doesn't Pete just tell the truth about where the planes really come from and who makes them?
i had my p-38 delivered but i have changed my mind about using it. I am a novice and i know im going to crash it. Brand new as delivered (in the UK). Its on ebay here is the item number 110635385357. Have a look if you like.
This is a beautiful looking plane, but a friend of mine ordered this from Banana Hobby and after a 2 week wait with no tracking he got the plane to find out their quality control was not up to par. It came with 2 right side fuselages but no left. After several phone calls beiing and left on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and several e-mails conplete with pictures he still has no answer. Hopefully soon Pete and crew will man up and make this right.
Do not buy from BANANAHOBBY, you will be sorry. They sell the worst kind of planes, treat there customers like idiots. I purchased the p-38 biggest piece of crap out there. Then when you call them about any issue.... GOOD LUCK! They give you the run around, I havnt flown my p-38 and it caught on fire as soon as I hooked the battery up. Ive been flying planes for years.. @floppycunt nice model but manual on how to hook up the wiring harness is not very detailed. Does not tell you where the un-numbered connections go after you hook up the numbered connections are hooked up.

I have a serious question and would like pete to comment. With all the lies and crappy material u guys sell how is it that u stay in business? I bought a plane from u guys over a year ago and it wouldnt even run out of the box, u guys refused tech support which it clearly states lifetime support on the model information. Also had a buddy spend over a grand to get 3 planes from u guys and u kept his money without sending any planes until he threatened better business bureau. I WOULD NOT BUY HERE

Well I got my P38 today in the UK,imagine my surprise when I opened the box of my "Ready to fly" P38 only to find it ALL in kit form.Even theprops need assembling ,several parts are damaged & build quality is shoddy to say the least.Thanks BananaHobby I won't be buying from you again.(And 121 dollars shipping is a bit steep too.
Pete! It looks like the props are NOT counter rotating like the real thing (I have the E-Flite model which flies extremely well & has counter rotating props NO YAW!). Is there any way to change the blade pitch on one prop & then reverse the motor? Do you notice any yaw when flying? Also, can you add larger more scale sized foam wheels that will still fit? It's a great looking model & I want it since no other foam P-38 on the market looks so good AND has retracts - espcially for the price.

@MrCoolieboolie I am NOT a mrival company. I am a customer who received 2 rc tanks BOTH on the same band. They are totally useless to run both at the same time. I called Banana and they claimed they do not have extra crystals yet they SELL them. That is seriously, seriously BAD business.

I bought this P-38 from Bananhobby thinking it would be a great way to spend some time with my firend when I visited New Jersey from Australia last year.
It is a piece of poorly made, cheap junk. Nothing like the video. Complaints to Bananhobby fell on deaf ears and all I can say is: DO NOT BUY THIS RUBBISH FROM BANANAHOBBY. Save your money and buy from people with at least some conscience about what they are selling. THUMBS DOWN FROM ME AND MY RC Flyboy NJ FRIEND.

The Blitz P-38 is a good flier but no rocket, but needs a more in the way of power. The down side are the retracts are make of plastic and doesn't hold up for day to day flying, the tail section is weak and should be assembled with gorilla glue or epoxy, the landing gear doors hinges needs to be re-glued.

Hi all - just so you know, Pete always says that his planes are made by Blitz RC Works. There is no such company. Pete gets most of his planes from companies in China called Starmax Technology Industry Limited and Huayu Hobby. You can visit thier websites hawkwere.com huayu - hobby.com Just so you know where they really come from. Why doesn't Pete just tell the truth about where the planes really come from and who makes them?

This is a beautiful looking plane, but a friend of mine ordered this from Banana Hobby and after a 2 week wait with no tracking he got the plane to find out their quality control was not up to par. It came with 2 right side fuselages but no left. After several phone calls beiing and left on hold for 20 minutes at a time, and several e-mails conplete with pictures he still has no answer. Hopefully soon Pete and crew will man up and make this right.

Do not buy from BANANAHOBBY, you will be sorry. They sell the worst kind of planes, treat there customers like idiots. I purchased the p-38 biggest piece of crap out there. Then when you call them about any issue.... GOOD LUCK! They give you the run around, I havnt flown my p-38 and it caught on fire as soon as I hooked the battery up. Ive been flying planes for years.. WORST COMPANY I HAVE EVER DELT WITH PERIOD!!! BE WARNED

@gfresh94 when i get them, the Me-109 I bought wouldnt even turn on when i got it, I have flown for many years and know what im doing, believe me anyway it wouldnt come on and i called tech support all they said is we cant help u with crashed planes. I told them it has never even been running so i couldnt have been flown so it is manufacturer defect. They reply that they cant help with that matter and they suggested i buy another one like im stupid or something. Thats what went down never got...

I have a serious question and would like pete to comment. With all the lies and crappy material u guys sell how is it that u stay in business? I bought a plane from u guys over a year ago and it wouldnt even run out of the box, u guys refused tech support which it clearly states lifetime support on the model information. Also had a buddy spend over a grand to get 3 planes from u guys and u kept his money without sending any planes until he threatened better business bureau. I WOULD NOT BUY HERE

@shoado ive had no problems with b h they provided me with great planes and tech and support, + customer service, i dont sit behind a computer i work hard and have bought 13 planes from banana hobby. cessna flaps lights, a-380, p-38 2-90mm f-18, 2-f-16, b-2, f-117 , f-15, 90mm f-4 , 2 a-10.i recommend banana hobby to any one who enjoys planes. obviously u dont and r a liar u and ehsanaman should join liars anomous.

They sent me a used aircraft and it never left the ground because the motor was shot. When I called them, they refused to do anything about it. They will take your money and leave you hanging. Well I got my P38 today in the UK,imagine my surprise when I opened the box of my "Ready to fly" P38 only to find it ALL in kit form.Even theprops need assembling ,several parts are damaged & build quality is shoddy to say the least.Thanks BananaHobby I won't be buying from you again.(And 121 dollars shipping is a bit steep too.

Pete! It looks like the props are NOT counter rotating like the real thing (I have the E-Flite model which flies extremely well & has counter rotating props NO YAW!). Is there any way to change the blade pitch on one prop & then reverse the motor? Do you notice any yaw when flying? Also, can you add larger more scale sized foam wheels that will still fit? It's a great looking model & I want it since no other foam P-38 on the market looks so good AND has retracts - espcially for the price.
