@nickelharris You will have to re flash the phone back to Boost Mobile.

@l0wside If your browser or MMS does not work you will need to do a factory reset and re flash the service books on the phone again because your MMS service books is not on the phone.

Hi. I have a problem, my bb 8350i (nextel) WAS flashed to Boost; however, a friend of my place took out my SIM card and inserted his SIM (sprint) card; he made a phone call using my bb. Then when he replaced my SIM card into my bb. Now I cannot send MMS messages, nor can I use the Internet. What I did notice is that now I can use MAPS on my bb. My question is, has my phone been de-flashed per say?? Can you please help me? Thank you.

@mikael16 You will need to reinstall the MMS service books. If your phone is still not working correctly do a factory reset and flash the phone again.

Use a wi-fi connection to use the internet on your phone. Other then that we dont know how you can get around getting free services on the Nextel network.

If you internet is not working make sure you update your phones imei# online with Boostmobile. If your imei# is up to date and still no browser. Then you will need to do a factory reset on the phone. when the phone restarts after reset put in your Boostmobile card and re-flash going through the steps.

You need to turn off smart dialing (+1)

a) Click on the Green phone icon key

b) Click on the Blackberry menu key; Options; Smart Dialing

c) Change the country code to “unknown”
