Logan himself admitted Spiderman can, he'd have to take out his jugular vein, but Peter has moral codes that he stays true to. And Logan CAN die. Regardless, the two are close friends in the Marvel Universe and respect eachother's skills and strengths. They don't need to fight.

A punch from Spider-Man would hurt him 2) The Hulk uses brute strength & his healing factor/endurance to defeat his enemies; Spider-Man is more strategic & uses agility & speed 3) Wolverine can die; in the Xavier Protocols Prof. X says to kill Wolverine one has to decapitate him and remove his head from the vicinity of his body 4) Adamantium only covers his bones not soft tissue, so Spider-Man could tear his head off

@ThePerishable there is actually a way to kill wolverine... simply get an adamantium buzzsaw, take out his brain, bury it deep under the ground, then leave the body because without the brain it can't tell the body to heal, but bury the body just incase...that's how you kill wolverine....therfore he can die.

I like both of these characters equally but if Spider-man was focused and really wanted to win I say the advantage would be in Spider-man's favor. Yea hitting Logan won't do much hand to hand (even with Spider-man's super strength) but Spidey would find ways to use his web and acrobatics to fling Wolvie all over the place. Plus face it, Spider-man can keep his distance with him thanks to his powers.

He's supposed to be a former samurai, on some occasions he is way more powerful than what he sometimes is otherwise because there's no original explanation of his abilities and story. Differences between the comics and movies etc. Stan Lee and whole Marvel should show how a fight between them would go, because one would never know for sure.
