yes. add a bit of water (1/4c) to provide a bit more liquid and try cooking 30min. really low. Brown rice is good for you and higher in the fibre. More of a nutty taste than white however, less soft/ fluffy. cheers! KtC
ah one last annoying question from me, thank you so much for answering the othrs and it is my pleasure to be subscribed, hreat recipes, can wait to try them. h quetion would be, if I dont hav the spanish spices will the regular ones do too? thanks
yes the typical paprika will work fine however, you should be able to buy this where you are or, perhaps try Hungarian smoke paprika. Regular will do though. As for the saffron, it can be skipped if you want. It can be pricey and hard to find 'anywhere'. Ensure to use the cumin and peppers though, this should be 'spicey'. cheers! KtC
Mmmm... I can almost smell this! Looks delicious KtC! I love how you incorporate so many wonderful spices! Another great video my dear friend! Happy Holidays and lots of hugs to you and your family!
As we used to say in Radio, and the Hits just keep on cumin. Looks great and this dish is so versatile as well. You could sub the pork with/Chicken/Steak etc and use brown rice if some people are watching their carbs.
Can I do this with brown rice?If so, how long will it take? thanks
