I got the chance to meet Pete back in 2000 he with a few other Oldies rockers came to town I had him sign my original Rare Earth albums. He uses the snare drum & sticks in his autograph. I was also lucky to interview him on my radio show prior to coming to town via the telephone. If I can find the tapes I will post them. Great guy to talk with! He explains the whole deal with Motown's experiment with Rock and the Rare Earth Label. I was blown away at how he still sounds like the records!

Rare Earth fan too man still has a great voice and one of the best drummers ever. saw them in amarillo tx along with Steely dan and Doobie Brothers
