"i have something stuck to my hands!" LOL thanks uploader for the review it was vary helpful, i think i will get this program now. Ive lived in Germany for 6 months now, and am getting better everyday but this will definitely speed up the process. thanks again, good video!
in my opinion rosetta stone works well for people who REALLY want to learn a specific language
if your just casually interested or a half-wit (which, let's face it, many people are) your not going to be able to learn a foreign language quickly or thoroughly
many people who are just idiots - like to blame everyone but themselves for not succeeding, giving good things bad reviews
@MilitaryGB Trust me, German is a bit difficult. I recommend you get the book called Assimil German with Ease. It's a book that actually teaches the German languages, the sounds, the grammar, the conjugations of verbs, sentence order, etc. You'll have to buy it used due to it's recent hold due to a revision coming up in July. Just try to get the latest version though but I have the 1989 version. Also look into Living Language German Beginner-Intermediate then the Advanced version. Trust me.
@TheBlitz1 I find your comment rude. The problem with language learners, especially ones without a prior one. They expect to learn a language fluently right after using Rosetta Stone, be able to learn it after a month and it be easy. I had to relearn grammar names like nouns, verbs, etc. Then I had to learn conjugations, cases, nominative, dative, accusative, genitive. Also, they don't have the will power to continue. Languages take years to be good in them. English, I'm still learning.

@webguy78 probably depends on who your teacher is...... but I'd say learning yourself is the way to go because you can go on your own pace.... in a class the teacher has to spread there knowledge to everyone....
rosetta stone is so cool. by the way this guy sounds like Obama

@TheBlitz1 I really want to learn german and not like what you said. Would RS be worth getting?
MilitaryGB 10 months ago
@MilitaryGB yeah if you are VERY interested in learning german, it will work out fine.
you'll have to walk around and speak what german you know, while your not on it;
its like a dietary supplement, you still have to eat, but the supplement gives you everything you need
