she got cut probably because she didn't contribute much to the main storyline, so they added xiao qiao instead and kind of just combined da qiao's power with hers

@Omiraas no that's not it da qiao is a non-historical character and koei wanted this game to be more historical so they cut her out and kept xiao qiao because she's a historical character. i like both qiaos but xiao qiao's my favorite so if i had to choose one, i'd choose xiao qiao.
