The subtitles at 1:11 are wrong. Siwon is saying that he was already mesmerized by xiao tian tian (the girl) when he saw her blowing the balloon with her nose, so it's okay.
@clarthemare Hi, I'm the translator and I'm sorry I made some mistakes here and there and partly cause, if you know chinese, there's a difference btw '他' and '她'. The subtitles showed "他" all the way and no sign of '她' at all, so I got confused. Sorry.
