For me in my opinion, this makes it harder. I tried to hover at 1MPH and turned it on. It went right past the load. I'd rather manually hover.

I did use it after uninstalling Ariane 737 the other day and it removes the strange smoke effects that you don't normally see.

I found out that there is some DLL file from Audio Environment X, I deleted it and it works. Hopefully that I can reinstall the gauges.

I deleted FSX.CFG and I made a fresh one, I haven't tested it yet with the helicopters.

I've made missions videos with the R22 helicopter and I did have problems with it as well, but never bothers me since most tutorials missions are short like 5-20 minutes.

I was putting additional stuff in the game, and I re-installed FSX last week Friday and all three default helicopters made the game crashing. There might be a fix or something that the game won't crash and I would be able to make more helicopter missions videos for YouTube.

I've installed the autohover gauge for the Bell 206 and the Westland EH101 in February and I completed almost every mission that you have to hover and do the hard things. Right now it's not working and every time I fly with it installed, FSX crashes, and I have to uninstall it because of that. Now it's impossible to complete to these missions without it.

@cgj2468 um it could be your aircraft in general, your acceleration could be a little corrupt, try reinstalling acceleration and download the file again, btw what system are you using? vista, xp, windows 7?

@cgj2468 windows xp u mean? just because different systems often have different compatibilities with fsx, for instance, xp was the main operating system when fsx first came out, when vista came out, there was many reported problems with fsx users using vista, same with windows 7. so if your using xp, it could just be something with your fsx disc, and not your system...so try reinstalling fsx acceleration. i know its a little confusing just reply if you still need help.

@UKairsoft94 all u have to do is first copy the original eh101 panel configuration and back it up, for instance, u can copy the original configuration in the eh101 panel folder and create a new notepad and paste the original panel configuration in the new Notepad. Then, all you have to do is go to the folder you just downloaded and copy the panel folder to the main eh101 folder(not the eh101 PANEL folder). And that should do it. Please reply if you have any questions.

Left bracket will open a window which you can drag sides to reduce, and put on upper right corner, then right click in that window and choose 'Top Down'. Zoom in out with '-' and '+' keys. Or learn how to fly and hover helicopter (you ain't there yet). The reason for 'hell breaking loose' is because you were 'flying' at 0 (zero) kts and not in a hovering 'profile' (ie: stall) AND looking at Helio from an odd angle (impossible to control) and reason for my top-down window tip.

THANKS A LOT THAT IS GREAT!!!!! You can also use it when you are putting cargo down. (Put it on, above where you need to put it, and then you can still move helicopter littlebit, whit you joistick and you can lover the altitude - or rise on the +)
