I'm not the maker of this awesome AMV, but I do know the answers to your questions.

First, if you had read the info on the right side of the video, you'd know that this "version" was made by ravengrason91 herself. It is amazing that she was able to mix two songs so flawlessly, but there you go, she's just talented.:)

Secondly, the kiss at the beginning was either her creation or art from around the internet.
