I find it! First part of the Passion, track 27. " Arie mit Choir" - So ist mein Jesus nun gefangen! " - and after, starts the part of the video: " Sind Blitze, sin Donner in Wolken" - The problem is the "Sind Blitze" is adjacent to "So ist mein Jesus etc", and I was not finding it.

Incredible. The passion and concentration on the meaning of the words by the choir is astounding in their interpretation. The boys have an enthusiasm and dedication that is not often found in other choirs - you can see it by just looking at their facial expressions and voice delivery through their mouths and faces. Il costrutto musicale era , così come oggi per chi ne coglie l'essenza senza errori, estremamente rigido e legato a regole precise. il padre padrone era l'armonia ma differenza consisteva nella melodia. se proviamo ad accostare a questo capolavoro polifonico ad esempio un Confutatis di Mozart? sembra quasi che le due opere, così diverse e distanti tra loro, partano da due punti lontani ma che alla fine,con un po' di attenzione, convergano entrambe in uno stesso punto.

ZER GUT! Too bad Gareth Malone on "The Choir" doesn't raise the standards somewhat when he's trying to get people to sing. Instead of ALL the pop noise, at least get these "non-musicians" to sing a four part Bach chorale!

Just a remark: The 3 older German boy choirs (Regensburger Domspatzen, Leipziger Thomaner and Dresden Kreuzchor) can look back to a continuous history of more than 2500 years (!) taken together (Domspatzen alone are older than 1000 years). I love this idea of culture.
