Internationall law states that no country should use the boarders of any soveriegn country,which includes both sea &land! Those of you,who suffer under stupidity,the word soveriegn means independent,which Somalia is,since 1960. Any one who breaks this law,are in direct conflict against article 45 of the U-N boarder agreement. First and foremost there should be patrols down that waterway (and International organisations have known this for years), secondly, the pirates don't give a shit where that money comes from and the families going there could endanger the crew and themselves.
