You probably have more freedom in the UK than any other country in the world. Its a small country but you are allowed to irritate others with your amplified dribble and not fear being kidnapped by secret police like they would do in Iran, Russia, North Korea and nearly all Muslim Arab states.

I dare you to go to Tehran by yourself and try that megaphone gimmick and see how far that gets you.

Freedom is not perfect but here in the UK you can expect to do as you please and not fear persecution from authorities unless you seriously harass people like you do, even then you still walk away and you do not spend months in a detention centre being tortured and mistreated for expressing your mind with an amplifying device. The UK is not perfect but there are far more sinister places on this planet that would whip you bloody silly for talking all that jibber jabber.
