I think a pork wonton inspired dog would be awesome. A pork or chicken sausage with lots of garlic and ginger in it, with a sweet and salty ginger garlic scallion soy sauce, topped with thin shredded carrots, cabbage, and toasted sesame seeds. Call it a "won ton wiener" or a "dumpling dog".... ok I gotta go try this.
