If my memory's not playing tricks on me, the guy with the moustache is "The Magnificent Fred" - played by the actor who later played Redford. :-)

This guy is called "Grovel" and is played by Freddie Stevens, who, previous to this, did play Robot Redford in the Emu's World & Emu's All Live Pink Windmill Show series...
