How you dress says something about you, and is the first impression you give people. But many have the wrong idea that if you dress goth/punk/etc that you're somehow one of the bad apples of the bunch. When in reality, a lot of us are only dressing in a way that fits us through and through.
@Lilithine My point was that nobody is one definition of perfect. We all are, in our own little ways. But it seems that if you don't follow the mainstream, in any way shape or form, then you are looked down upon. Instead we know that who we are makes sense to us. Regardless of where you float in a category or if you transcend categories.

Not that I have a problem with them existing, it's that they're the accepted norm that's to be followed along with that other I mentioned. All the, I guess you call it goth, is sounding like that crap now.
I like the music I like, and I happen to like those particular bands a lot (especially WT) but I like a wide ass variety of bands too. Really I don't look up everything I like on YouTube. Usually YouTube is for my anime fix not anything else. Besides I don't classify music with terms like "goth." Nightwish is more in line with metal to me, for instance.
