nice ive been looking for some videos with glass packs there so much louder than flowmasters and magna flow just not as much performance. i got a 1986 camaro berlinetta L96 5.0 305 with true duals and glass packs with chrome tips and it is one mean S.O.B.

i gota 95 f150 XL with the 300 i6 and its 4x4, i freakin LOVE my truck, only thing is..when i bought it it dint have any cats. just pipe from manifold, and that went to a cherry bomb, and than more pipe, i mean it doesnt sound BAD, but it could be MUCH better. any ideas people got? i want to find a way to make it sound louder and deeper while keeping my set up. no duals and no cats, could replacing the cherry bomb with something like a spiral flow muffler do this? i would just straight pipe it..

I have a 1996 f150 with 302 E.F.I. and I cut off my exhaust right after the cat then I knocked out all the catalyst stuff in the cat and then I put a 48" by 5" semi stack with a turn down tip now it sets off car alarms once in awhile

i dont know what it is about cherry bombs now a days. they quite shit down more than anything. i just removed my second cat and ran it like that for a couple days and sounded nasty and raspy! then i through on a 24" cherry bomb and 45 it out the side and it sounds a little louder than stock. actually sounds just like this video. bull shit!

when you shut yur truck off it did that squeal. my truck does that but alott worse than yurs. do u know whats doing that? i almost think it could be the air injection pump. could be wrong

@stolenhonda181 could be your belt slipping, if the belt has some slack and the truck shuts off suddenly the worn and stretch belt will squeal as it turns over the non moving pulleys.

what the fuck were is the rest or your exhaust? did you just rip out your stock exhaust and put a cherrybomb on it without any other pipes or tips? it doesnt have any brackets or welds holding it either its shaking more the micheal j fox hahahaha

i had an F150 xlt 302 reg cab short bed. good truck but it had electrical problems. i'm sure it will sound good with true duel exhaust.

my 07 Shelby has the Xpipe dual exhaust with Ford Racing mufflers. sounds great. i like to go with the Pypes Pype-Bomb axle-back

I have a question, i have 2 inch pipes, so do i need to buy 2.25 inch glasspacks to fit over the pipe so i can clamp it, or will 2 inch glasspacks fit over it?

@Bowtiesare4lilboys sweet :D i was also thinking about just goin to the hardware store and buying some cheap metal tubing and clamps and straight piping it as i dont have a welder and i dont have money to get it done in a shop :/ if i just cut out the old muffler and clamped on a metal hose in its place same size as the pipe and just left on the catalytic converter would i get alright sound that wont be too loud..? thanks let me know..

@BIGSHAGGYDOGG depends how long u want them.....longer sounds better but price goes up....30 inch thrush bottles sound nice but imo crackle too much...longer removes most of it

@jma25able1 straight pipes arn't exactly illegal, the police just dont want you waking up the neighbors with your car, i got pulled over for not having an exhaust at all and they just told me not to get to loud with it, its really not an issue unless you have to have emmissions checks.

@EagleKammback A good friend of mine had two Cherrybombs on a 95 Ford, true duals and all of that. My Single Flowmaster 40 Series on a Dodge Ram was louder. Fords are strangely quiet.

@AaronWallace 302 is good on gas...if its fuel injected damn thing will start as long as its got a good batter almost click of the key....im not a fan of them in trucks but my dad always liked them...id be amazed when he'd go out and fire up his 87 302 powered van in -30c temps.....within secons of turning the key it was always running.....huge aftermarket base too with fox bodies running 302...not much you cannot do to them

@CharlieLUVSChevys no tail pipes....i had thrush bottles on my old truck....then had some pipes bent up later to have tips exiting behind each rear tire... day and nite difference just having the rest of the exhaust on....makes it a real hick truck

you know this would sound better with a full exhaust right, not just the glasspack...... and for the love of god if your gonna leave it at this, mount the rear or a few good potholes down the road and you'll be back to the previous video
