Why Ringera? To cover the tracks of his fellow thieves including chief thief Mwai Wa Kibaki followed by one Kalonzo Musyoka, William Ruto warlord cum militia leader etc. Ringera is a proffessional thief and the face of corruption as kenyans know it.
