@londonjig I feel that INSANITY is harder than P90X, but I think that P90X is a better program. The reason is that INSANITY is nothing but cardio (with a lot of it done while in plank and a few push ups here and there). P90X is much more well rounded. It offers a great deal of work on improving your strength - building your upper body. Insanity does very little for your biceps and back. Both are great programs, but I always recommend P90X over Insanity UNLESS you've already done P90X. Msging u
hey i have insanity n i was looking at the nutrition guide n i was wondering do you have to eat the exact foods it says on the book or just eat something related to that or just eat healthy food??help me pleasee

real nice vids bro.....they inspire me to get bak out n play sum football or wut americans call soccer.....i get fluid in my knees i think its due to a meniscus tear so i try to stay off my knees from excercise lol but the bad thing is i gained weight so i just was browsing youtube n saw ur vids lol i think im gonna get bak out there....so thanks alot n gud luck to u
@djamf Glad to help - be careful with those knees. I have a problem with my left knee actually that I will eventually get looked at by a doctor. I've got something loose in it that can cause me a bit of pain when it decides to move around.
Thanks Bibbeny - some really nice comments there and I appreciate it. I knew going in that Insanity was going to be hard. I got the demo DVD early on (about day 45 of P90X) and it whipped me. My heart rate hang between 165-172 during these workouts (except the recovery one). I hurt ANOTHER muscle playing soccer last Sunday....pulled the groin muscle in my right leg playing soccer. I'll think about the contest...I've looked into it a little. Love BB and good luck on your results bro!
I'm going back to P90X. I was hoping to mix P90X with Insanity, but my physician said that insanity is going to destroy my knees. I am having a lot of knee soreness, so I tend to think he's right.
You can modify...I wear a brace from time to time doing Insanity. I'd wear it more if it didn't just wreck the skin around the knee...If you're worried about your knees I'd change up the routine to make it work for you. One thing that I can see being brutal would be the IN and OUTs from plank...you could maybe stay in plank and instead of jumping in ... jump your legs out wide...and you may need to avoid the jumping altogether...find something else that you can do while they jump.
