Oasis is inadvertently a Beatles tribute band.

Their fame is great for them but there's no getting over the fact that the Gallaghers would rather be Lennon & McCartney with almost every song, lyric and haircut.

It's actually a bit creepier than being a Beatles tribute band IMO, because it seems less honest.
