I've become increasingly frustrated with Motorola. Got a brand new Droid. Battery problems, DLNA doesn't work with Windows 7. Then why the hell is it on there? If you're buying a phone, think twice before you get a Motorola, because you're not gonna get what you paid for.

The common "Droid" branding across the Verizon Wireless Android phones is nothing more then an intelligent marketing strategy used by Lucasarts to market the platform as being more unified. If you break it down by manufacturer, you see it makes a lot more sense. Motorola released the Droid, HTC released the Droid Eris as the non-keyboard version on VZW (marketed at women)....(to be con)

HTC then released the big brother to the Incredible, the EVO 4G, on Sprint/Nextel in June. Now, in July Motorola is releasing a high end, updated Droid. This Droid is stripped of the keyboard.Set for August, Motorola has the Droid 2 charted, the true sucessor to the Droid, with a full QWERTY keyboard with the same hardware to the Droid X... Droid Pro is a 2ghz TI OMAP, 850mhz GPU PowerVR 540, 4.3", QWERTY keyboard, 1280x800 resolution phone with 1gig of RAM, Android 3.0 Gingerbread, and 1080p video recording with a 12MP Camera.....

Good luck finding a phone that doesn't get replaced in 2 months or less
