It's The Sims 3! I recignise it from the sims' plumbobs!! TS2 Plumbobs are long and has bright colours inside, but TS3 has some shorter and shady colours!!

The sims resource has several trees that look like this one by Lisa9999 so it's hard to say if their hers or conversion tree.With Lisa's you can change the color of the garland,presents and skirt.I think the tree conversion is slightly taller.
